We’re moving to a new Perth metro office!

Housing Choices Western Australia (HCWA) is relocating our Perth metro office to better support residents, partners and community services. From Monday 16 February 2026, our team will be based at:

Level 2, 6–8 Bennett Street, East Perth WA 6004

What this means for you

-Nothing about your tenancy or support will change

-Your Housing Officer or primary contact stays the same.

-Your services and support continue as usual.

-You can continue to reach us through the same contact channels.

Visiting us

-Until 4pm, Wednesday 11 February 2026

-Thursday 12 February 2026 until 4pm Tuesday 24 February 2026

Our team will continue to support you and can arrange home visits during this time. Residents should contact their housing officers to discuss.
