Katrina Smithson
Director
Katrina is a skilled banking and investment professional with over thirty years’ experience; a specialist in debt and equity finance, transaction structures, risk management and asset management.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University, New Zealand and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
She is currently Director, Portfolio Management with the Clean Energy Finance Corporation, where she oversees a portfolio of around $1bn in property, infrastructure, social infrastructure, and clean energy technology transactions. She also serves on range of external Committees for CEFC investments.
A former Vice President, Commercial Banking International with JP Morgan, she has held senior executive roles in risk and property finance with the Commonwealth Bank and Bank of New Zealand and was a non-executive director of Women’s Housing Corporation.
