Housing Choices Australia is a national not-for-profit community housing provider that develops, owns and manages social and affordable housing.

We work with governments, developers and community partners to deliver quality housing for people on low to moderate incomes. We also provide tenancy management and support residents to sustain their tenancies.

Housing Choices Australia manages more than 7,600 homes across Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia and New South Wales providing housing to more than 13,200 residents.

  • Trusted housing provider across Australia

    HCA is a registered housing association in Victoria under the Housing Act 1983 and a Tier 1 Community Housing Provider registered under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH) in South Australia, Tasmania, and Western Australia. We deliver property and tenancy management services and maintain major social housing contracts on behalf of various state governments. Additionally, we are a registered Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider with the National Disability Insurance Agency, managing over 570 tenancies.
